Update (05/27)...

My face-to-face TW support group is going well! We have 2 ladies (plus me), and we've had 3 meetings so far. The ladies are both learning quickly, and I'm thrilled to have the accountability!

As for my own "journey", I'm not doing wonderfully --still--, but I'm doing okay. Better than I was. I'm still snacking, but I'm getting in sporadic exercise sessions, and I'm getting in a little bit of water here and there.

My goals for the coming week...


  • Walk Away the Pounds 3x this week (Monday / Wednesday / Friday)

  • drink 2 bottles of water a day

  • eat "0" - "5" (don't eat 'til I'm hungry; stop before I'm full)

  • cut my portions in half --> put half back after filling my plate

  • do my Bible study & devotions



I tried the Stability Ball Workout for Dummies video on Wednesday -- I got it from the library. It's fairly easy to use, but --OH MY!-- am I ever in pain! LOL. I think the main reason is that I forgot to stretch / warm up beforehand. So, next time I try it I'll remember to do that. ;-)
